The Initial Interview Stage

Once we have submitted only the most suitable CVs for consideration you inform us which candidates you wish to consider, along with available interview times. We then arrange an interview at a mutually convenient time, and provide suitable contact details as well as request the school’s feedback after the interview.

Helping to Close the Deal

When the school wishes to make a formal offer, we will convey this to the successful candidate and return their response to the school.

Essential follow-up

We will always follow through by assisting the school in obtaining references, advising the candidate of the required visa processes, and act as liaison between school and candidate until the candidate is “in post”.
