The Process

We pride ourselves on being an international recruitment agency, aimed at using our expertise and advice to help guide all users through the process from the very start to the very end.

  1. Whitley invites prestigious, overseas schools to submit a list of their vacancies.  We then search our broad database for suitable matches from high-quality candidates, and their CV’s are sent out to the school for their consideration.
  2. When we hear from each school with their interview requests, including suitable dates and times, we arrange all the detail of the interview stage. We always seek feedback once each interview has taken place.
  3. If a candidate meets with the school’s approval, the school will contact us to make an offer. We then inform our candidate, and finally, inform their prospective new employer of their response.
  4. Once the job offer is accepted, dependent on good references being obtained and agreeable terms reached, Whitley will work in conjunction with the school and advise the candidate on the sometimes confusing, but very necessary, visa processes.
  5. Our job at Whitley is not done until the position has been filled. If required, we stay in contact, acting as the liaison between school and candidate, until he/she is in the post and working.
